The winner of the lottery will receive a rental contract from E.Z. Propoerties, Inc., with one year already paid. This program is exclusively offering to WashU student, so you will need to provide your name, WUSTL email, phone number.
P.S.: This contract doesn't cover utilities, parking lot, and internet. Each winner needs to pay the $100 administration fee to receive the prize.
